An Irishman trudging towards Dublin carrying on his back a huge sack of potatoes, which Napoleon is slashing. Whilst Napoleon offers gold to the Irishman, the farmer refuses his offer and requests Napoleon to march home. A caricature on Napoleon’s attempts to stir up sedition in Ireland.
