A fine suite of fishes, marine mammals and several crustaceans, engraved by the French engraver Gerard Jollain (16..-1683), after Adriaen Collaert. The title and the second plate show several figures of dolphins, like they were depicted on some geographical maps at that time. We were not able to trace another copy of this suite. – Very rare. Slightly soiled and partly chipped in the margins, one plate with tear along right plate edge. A well preserved copy.
