The devil roasting Napoleon on a pitchfork over the flames of hell. The present caricature is a reduced version of Gillray’s caricature The Corsican Pest or Belzebub going to Supper published in 1803 by Hannah Humphrey. The present version depicts Napoleon as a chicken whilst two further demons holding him at his wings.
