26 anonymous watercolor drawings from c. 1830, probably made for a manuscript herbarium – possibly unfinished. Very decorative botanical drawings, all drawings inside a handdrawn frame with the French common name, as well as the scientifical (Latin) name listed below each illustration. Some of them with some corrections in pencil.

Size of the sheets: c. 31 x 24 cm. The drawings are bound together between two boards and tied with a lace.

26 Aquarellzeichnungen von ca. 1830, wahrscheinlich für ein Herbarium-Manuskript angefertigt – möglicherweise inkomplett. Sehr dekorative botanische Zeichnungen, alle Zeichnungen in einem handgezeichneten Rahmen mit dem französischen Trivialnamen sowie dem wissenschaftlichen (lateinischen) Namen, der unter jeder Abbildung aufgeführt ist. Einige davon mit einigen Bleistiftkorrekturen.

Format: ca. 31 x 24 cm. Die Zeichnungen sind zusammengebunden.

Die Einbände berieben und bestoßen, die Zeichnungen selbst in sehr gutem Zustand.

Dessins botaniques très décoratifs, tous les dessins dans un cadre dessiné à la main avec le nom commun français, ainsi que le nom scientifique (latin) indiqué sous chaque illustration. Certaines avec quelques corrections au crayon.

Taille des feuilles : env. 31x24cm. Les dessins sont reliés entre eux entre deux planches et noués par un lacet.

Les couvertures frottées et émoussées, les dessins eux-mêmes en très bon état.
